Senior Media Strategist

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential digital agency in their search for a Senior Media Strategist based in London. Our client partners with leading nonprofits and advocacy organizations to create measurable impact through data-driven paid media campaigns.

This role is ideal for a paid media professional who seamlessly blends strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and analytical rigor. You'll lead the execution of digital advertising campaigns with a particular focus on fundraising and engagement objectives for nonprofit clients. Terms like CPA, ROAS, DSP, and CTV are second nature to you, and you're equally comfortable presenting to clients and optimizing campaigns in-platform.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize media campaigns across paid social, paid search, and programmatic platforms
• Translate client objectives into measurable media strategies and KPIs for direct response, awareness, persuasion, and advocacy campaigns
• Analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities and generate actionable insights and reporting
• Lead client-facing interactions as the subject-matter expert on platform capabilities and campaign performance
• Collaborate with internal teams including media planners, strategists, account directors, designers, and analysts to produce integrated campaigns
• Serve as a thought leader on digital media trends through partner relationships, R&D projects, and industry engagement
• Apply expertise in measurement, attribution, and conversion tracking to inform strategic recommendations

What We're Looking For

• 6-8 years of hands-on paid media planning and buying experience across multiple digital channels including social, search, display, video, and audio
• Proven ability to translate business goals into cohesive media strategies with specific KPIs and a track record of campaign delivery
• Experience working with nonprofit organizations on fundraising and income-generation objectives within paid media
• High proficiency with digital advertising platforms, demonstrating mastery of paid social, paid search, and/or programmatic trading
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and other measurement platforms
• Exceptional attention to detail in campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, budgets, and performance goals
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new situations
• Passion for social impact and delivering meaningful change
