About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-established mechanical services organization in the Düsseldorf region. Our client specializes in modern heating, plumbing, and renewable energy systems across commercial and residential projects. They offer regional assignments within 70km of Düsseldorf—no extended travel or overnight stays required—along with genuine career development pathways and a supportive team environment.

This is a permanent, full-time position for an experienced HVAC technician who values work-life balance, professional growth, and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge heating and renewable energy technology.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and heating systems in residential and commercial settings
• Commission modern heating systems including boilers and controls
• Carry out bathroom renovations and refurbishment projects
• Install water supply and drainage systems
• Fit and configure heat pump systems and other renewable energy installations
• Program and calibrate heating controls and building management systems
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs on mechanical building services
• Support the implementation of energy-efficient building technology solutions

What We're Looking For

• Completed apprenticeship as an HVAC technician (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), plumber, heating engineer, or equivalent qualification in mechanical building services
• Valid Class B driving licence
• German language skills at B2 level or higher
• Willingness to work on local sites within the greater Düsseldorf area
