Senior Product Designer (Full Remote – Netherlands)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology company seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their fully remote team. This is an opportunity to work on consumer-facing AI products at significant scale, shaping conversational experiences, character creation, monetization flows, and emerging product areas.

You'll collaborate closely with product leadership, engineers, and cross-functional teams to solve complex design challenges, contribute original product ideas, and help define next-generation consumer AI experiences. This role requires strong product judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to balance speed with craft in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design across multiple areas from concept through delivery
• Translate complex technical and product challenges into intuitive, high-quality user experiences
• Design for engagement, retention, monetization, and conversion at scale
• Create and iterate on visual content (image and video) to support product exploration and marketing surfaces
• Contribute original product ideas and creative concepts that push beyond immediate briefs
• Identify new opportunities and help shape features through proactive exploration and experimentation
• Work confidently across modern design, prototyping, and creative tooling, including AI image/video generation tools
• Communicate design reasoning clearly and defend ideas thoughtfully across Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams
• Operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with high ownership and strong decision-making

What We're Looking For

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products with shipped work in your portfolio
• Excellent product thinking and interaction design capabilities
• Strong technical fluency and comfort working with AI tools as part of the design process
• Strong prototyping skills with ability to choose appropriate fidelity based on testing goals
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
• High design taste and strong visual judgment
• Confidence operating independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Comfort working with NSFW product experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI-native, conversational, social, or highly interactive products
• Background in creative tooling, content workflows, or technical experimentation
• Experience designing monetization or subscription products
• Experience designing for NSFW or adult user experiences
• Motion design, systems design, or front-end development experience

Portfolio Requirements:

Applications must include a portfolio demonstrating consumer product case studies, clear product thinking, technical depth and prototyping capability, original thinking, high visual craft, and measurable impact from shipped work. Applications without portfolios will not be considered.
