Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a commercial real estate financing specialist. In this role, you will:

• Provide comprehensive relationship management for an assigned portfolio of commercial real estate clients, including property developers, institutional investors, and commercial property owners
• Conduct thorough financial analysis of submitted documentation and client financials
• Structure and execute appropriate financing solutions from the available product range
• Identify credit risks early and manage intensive client support when necessary
• Coordinate with specialized advisors, product specialists, and network partners to deliver holistic advisory services
• Prepare and process credit applications efficiently for commercial real estate transactions
• Actively pursue new client acquisition opportunities
• Represent the organization at industry events and networking functions

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates with:

• Banking economist qualification (Bankbetriebswirt) or comparable professional certification
• Proven track record in commercial lending and credit business
• Willingness to participate in specialized training seminars to deepen expertise
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex commercial real estate financing structures
• Excellent relationship management capabilities and customer-focused approach
• German language proficiency for client interaction and documentation

Location and Work Arrangement

This position is based in Karlsruhe with flexible work arrangements including mobile working options. The role requires a 39-hour work week for full-time employment.
