Supply Chain Planner (all genders) – PARIS – CDD

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential prestige beauty organization seeking a Supply Chain Planner for their Paris operations. This is a fixed-term contract (CDD) role offering hands-on experience in international logistics coordination across European and global markets.

You will serve as the primary operational liaison for warehouse coordination, order management, and cross-border shipment tracking. This position sits at the intersection of logistics, customer service, and demand planning—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for daily operations with the European distribution hub, maintaining collaborative relationships with warehouse partners
• Oversee preparation and shipment tracking for customer orders across 3PLs, agents, distributors, and subsidiaries; establish clear priorities
• Coordinate order pickup with EU and non-EU carriers and monitor invoicing processes
• Serve as key liaison for customer service teams, managing order discrepancies and ensuring high-quality, responsive support
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams including Logistics, Finance, Customer Service, and Demand Planning to ensure seamless operations
• Coordinate inbound deliveries from the US and China, working with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and warehouse partners; track carrier invoicing

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain planning and managing international shipments
• Fluency in English and French required; German is a strong plus
• Proactive, forward-thinking approach with strong anticipation skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across finance, logistics, and sales functions
• Performance-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
