Our client is transforming how materials are sourced, traded, and distributed across Europe through AI-driven operations. They manage substantial commercial volume across multiple European markets and maintain a global presence with operations spanning several continents.

We're seeking a Logistics Executive to join their Berlin headquarters and coordinate end-to-end transportation operations across international trade lanes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global transportation of industrial goods and ensure timely deliveries aligned with customer requirements
• Manage communication with logistics partners, carriers, and third-party providers to maintain operational continuity
• Identify and establish new trade lanes by sourcing and evaluating logistics partners worldwide
• Build strong, reliable relationships with customers through high-quality service delivery and transparent communication
• Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, procurement, product management, growth, and engineering teams
• Utilize Salesforce-based logistics management technology to track shipments, manage documentation, and optimize workflows
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and cost optimization

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in supply chain and logistics management
• Data-driven approach with proficiency in KPIs and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
• Proven track record optimizing logistics costs while maintaining service quality
• Fluent German (C1 level or higher) and strong English communication skills
• Experience scaling logistics operations across multiple countries
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to balance cost, speed, and reliability
• Independent, collaborative, and capable of managing significant responsibility
• Entrepreneurial and hands-on with comfort in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders including international partners

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €50,000 – €60,000 yearly on-target earnings (fixed salary plus performance bonus).

Location: Berlin, Germany (on-site at client headquarters)
