Senior AI Deployment Consultant

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI technology client seeking a Senior AI Deployment Consultant in London. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of strategic project management and hands-on technical implementation, guiding enterprise customers through complex AI-powered customer service transformations.

You'll lead large-scale deployment programs, acting as the trusted advisor who ensures rapid time-to-value. This position combines world-class project management with technical platform configuration, partnering with engineering teams on complex integrations while maintaining overall delivery accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment programs for enterprise customers, managing scope, timelines, and success criteria aligned to business objectives
• Serve as primary point of contact throughout implementation, managing stakeholder communication and expectations across technical and executive audiences
• Facilitate discovery sessions to translate complex customer requirements into actionable technical and project plans
• Perform hands-on configuration of platform features including automation, workflows, technical procedures, and reporting dashboards
• Coordinate technical readiness activities: integrations, data migrations, security reviews, and API implementations
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, customer success, engineering, and product teams to design tailored deployment strategies
• Track key metrics such as time-to-value, automation adoption rates, and customer satisfaction, proactively addressing risks
• Collaborate with product and R&D teams to surface customer feedback and inform platform improvements
• Contribute to the evolution of deployment methodologies, templates, and best practices

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles within SaaS or AI technology environments
• Proven track record managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams
• Strong technical aptitude—comfortable configuring software platforms and discussing integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Excellent project management skills with structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, capable of influencing both executives and technical teams
• Experience implementing or configuring customer experience platforms (CRM, helpdesk, or similar systems) strongly preferred
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities
• Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Passion for AI technology and customer success
