About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential healthcare technology organization based in Berlin. This company is building AI-powered solutions that help frontline healthcare workers reclaim valuable time from administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on what matters most: patient care. With substantial venture backing and thousands of facilities already using their platform, they're scaling rapidly across new market segments.

We're seeking a Sales Development Representative to take ownership of the first critical step in their sales process: identifying qualified prospects, developing outbound strategies, and building a robust pipeline for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute your own outbound strategy for the healthcare sector, from account research through qualified meeting booking
  • Maintain consistent, high-frequency outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn channels, supported by AI tools that handle routine tasks
  • Qualify opportunities using clear criteria and hand off only meeting-ready prospects to Account Executives
  • Document every conversation and outcome thoroughly in the CRM system—your data influences decisions beyond your individual pipeline
  • Feed customer and market signals directly into go-to-market strategy development
  • Track industry developments and translate them into sharper positioning over time

What We're Looking For

  • Initial experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or technology environments
  • Confidence with cold calling and professional handling of rejection
  • Curiosity about understanding prospect needs and connecting them with appropriate solutions
  • Strong communication skills: you get to the point and make complex topics understandable
  • Technical affinity: routine experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
  • German at C2 level to serve German-speaking customers confidently, plus solid English skills
  • Based in or near Berlin, or willing to relocate for hybrid work arrangement
