They are seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate based in Berlin to work directly with leadership on the highest-impact initiatives across the business. This role offers exceptional scope and responsibility for someone who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of high-priority strategic initiatives across engineering, product, operations, and business development
• Partner with leadership to solve complex business and product challenges
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through delivery
• Build new teams, processes, and operational capabilities as the organization scales
• Research and evaluate new markets, product opportunities, and business development initiatives
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
• Take full ownership of strategic projects and deliver measurable business outcomes
