We are representing a confidential AI technology company building next-generation productivity tools. Our client is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead to join their team in Berlin and drive critical initiatives across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development.

This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with leadership to solve complex challenges, build new capabilities, and execute on the company's most important priorities. As the organization scales, you'll help shape processes, teams, and strategies that define how the business operates.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution on high-priority initiatives spanning multiple business functions
• Partner with leadership to address strategic business and product challenges
• Build and scale new teams, processes, and operational capabilities
• Lead cross-functional projects from conception through delivery
