About This Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Build and ship mobile features for Android and/or iOS platforms
- Create intuitive mobile flows for financial services and consumer products
- Collaborate with product, design and backend teams to transform complex requirements into usable mobile applications
- Integrate APIs and handle edge cases, loading states, errors and production issues
- Improve app performance, reliability, crash rate and overall user experience
- Support rapid product launches, experiments and iterations across mobile experiences
- Help establish high standards for mobile product quality
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of mobile development experience building for Android, iOS or both platforms
- Strong technical skills with Kotlin and/or Swift
- Proven track record shipping production applications used by real users
- Strong product sense with attention to mobile user experience
- Experience working with APIs, analytics, crash logs and production feedback
- Ability to work independently and own features with limited direction
- Portfolio of shipped work, app links, GitHub profile or screenshots strongly preferred
- Product-minded builder who cares about smooth flows and user behavior details
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and shipping without perfect specifications
- Strong English communication skills for collaboration across global teams
- Must be currently based in Germany for this remote role
