Pre-Sales Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential greentech organization based in Berlin that is focused on sustainable heating solutions. Our talent team is seeking a Pre-Sales Manager to join their rapidly growing sales operation. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, qualifying inbound leads and setting qualified appointments for the field sales team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone-based first contact and qualification of inbound leads
• Perform structured needs assessment and present service offerings in concise, precise conversations
• Schedule qualified appointments for field sales representatives
• Maintain and update all relevant information in the CRM system
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing continuous feedback on lead quality
• Contribute to the development of conversation scripts, sales arguments, and qualification logic

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Experience in telephone-based customer outreach (pre-sales, inside sales, telesales, or lead generation)
• Proficient use of CRM systems and digital tools
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken (C2 level)
