Technical Account Manager (Taiwan)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential biotechnology services organization seeking a Technical Account Manager based in Taiwan (home-based). This role bridges technical expertise with customer success, serving as the primary technical resource supporting sales and client relationships across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of customer service functions, handling initial inquiries from customers and partners regarding order placement, technical support, and issue resolution
• Provide primary technical consultation to customers, translating their scientific requirements into actionable solutions aligned with service capabilities
• Collaborate closely with sales account managers, production teams, and senior scientists to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve technical challenges
• Maintain and expand technical knowledge through educational workshops, professional publications, industry networking, and participation in scientific societies
• Represent the organization at trade shows and technical events, delivering presentations to customers and prospects
• Act as a technical consultant to clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationship development

What We're Looking For

• Education: Master's degree (minimum) in life sciences including cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, or related fields
• Experience: 1-2 years of commercial experience preferred; previous industry experience in a similar commercial role is advantageous but not essential
• Language skills: Fluent communication in both English and Chinese, both verbally and in writing
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver technical content effectively
• Customer-focused mindset with proactive, action-oriented approach
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
• Highly motivated individual capable of working independently in a home-based environment
