Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Evaluate outputs and artifacts against healthcare domain-specific quality standards to ensure accuracy and rigor
• Identify errors related to factual accuracy, presentation quality, and formatting in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve the quality of deliverables
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while maintaining high performance standards

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare operations
• Native or professional fluency in English
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular expertise in presentation software

Preferred:

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution
