Enterprise and Dynamic Supplier Finance (DSF) Sales

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking an experienced Enterprise and Dynamic Supplier Finance Sales professional. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is conducting the search for this revenue-driving role focused on working capital solutions.

This position offers flexibility—hybrid for candidates in the Kansas City metro area or fully remote elsewhere in the USA. You'll be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding adoption of dynamic supplier finance programs among an established client base.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through acquisition of new enterprise clients and expansion within existing accounts
• Achieve sales quota targets for the Americas region
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams on funding structures, accounting treatment, and legal considerations
• Develop and manage pipeline relationships with banking partner networks
• Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to align market requirements with platform development
• Create and utilize sales tools and processes for prospecting, discovery, competitive positioning, solution mapping, and deal structuring

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 7+ years of experience in sales, particularly Trade Finance
• Proven experience in Supply Chain Finance Sales (banking or fintech environment)
• Excellent negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to close complex deals
• Experience creating sales processes to support the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation

Preferred:

• Ability to analyze and understand corporate financial reporting

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $150,000 base salary plus commission.
