About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential workforce technology client in their search for a Sales Development Representative. Our client is a fast-growing platform connecting hourly workers with flexible employment opportunities across the United States.
As an early member of the sales development team, you'll play a foundational role in building outreach processes and driving new business acquisition. This position offers the chance to shape SDR culture and create repeatable success patterns while working closely with the broader sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize contact lists across various company profiles, executing timely outreach campaigns
- Identify ideal client profiles and proactively reach out to similar organizations
- Develop organized outreach strategies segmented by geographic location
- Leverage outreach tools and job boards to identify new leads and engage via phone and email
- Set qualified appointments by uncovering pain points and establishing clear expectations
- Exceed monthly appointment-setting targets consistently
- Maintain detailed notes in the CRM system to ensure seamless handoffs and clear next steps for the sales team
