We are representing a confidential community mental health organization in New York State that specializes in providing trauma-informed care to children, adults, and families. This evening part-time opportunity is ideal for a mental health clinician seeking flexible hours while making a meaningful impact in underserved communities.

Our client operates on a fee-for-service model, offering both in-person and telehealth services. They provide clinical supervision, continuing education opportunities, and support for professionals working toward full licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evidence-based therapeutic sessions for children, families, and individuals in person or via telehealth
• Develop and implement goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Complete documentation within required deadlines in compliance with program and state regulations
• Maintain accurate and updated clinical notes and client information within the EHR system
• Provide conflict resolution and crisis intervention as needed

What We're Looking For

• Master's Degree from an accredited program in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Creative Arts Therapy, or Marriage and Family Therapy
• MUST BE Limited Permit eligible (no expired Limited Permits)
• LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, or LMFT is a plus but not required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Passion for working with underserved communities
• Strong engagement, entrepreneurial spirit, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in an OMH (Article 31/28) environment is strongly preferred

Pay

This is a fee-for-service position where therapists are paid per completed session. Individual sessions are 45 minutes in length. Compensation is based on credentials and experience, with additional bonuses available for evening and weekend hours as well as bilingual sessions. Specific pay details will be discussed during the screening process.
