Senior Angebotsleiter*in Hochbau (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential construction technology company focused on multi-story residential projects in Berlin. As Senior Proposal Manager – Commercial Construction, you will serve as the critical link between clients and projects, translating customer requirements into technically sound, economically viable, and commercially compelling proposals.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading comprehensive client consultation for turnkey, multi-story residential building projects from qualified inquiry through contract signature (no cold calling required)
• Managing the complete sales and proposal process, including client communication, proposal workshops, technical clarifications, and deal closure
• Developing technically and economically convincing proposals based on timber-hybrid building systems, including proposal preparation, cost estimation, and technical concepts
• Coordinating all relevant interfaces for proposal creation and project development (architecture & specialist planning, system planning, procurement, production, finance, legal)
• Structuring, negotiating, and closing construction contracts according to German building contract law (BGB and VOB)
• Maintaining and developing existing client relationships in turnkey residential construction alongside the Key Account Management team
• Contributing actively to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and methodologies

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role such as technical sales, proposal management, preconstruction, or sales engineering in commercial construction
• Experience in turnkey commercial construction (general contractor/design-build), ideally in residential projects
• Strong practical construction knowledge and technical understanding
• Exceptional communication skills, pronounced customer orientation, and persuasive abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset and confident presence, including in negotiation situations
• Fluency in German is essential for this role; English skills are beneficial
• Note: Prior experience with timber or timber-hybrid construction is not required – our client provides structured onboarding into their innovative building system

Additional Information
