Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential construction technology organization seeking a Senior Architect with expertise in execution planning (LP5). You will join a project-specific planning team working at the interface between project execution and building system development. Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and manage execution planning (LP5) internally and with external specialist consultants
- Prepare project-specific documentation including 1:50 drawings and overview plans in Revit
- Create lists and quantity schedules
- Conduct quality control reviews of architectural and specialist planning as well as subcontractor shop drawings for contractual compliance and technical accuracy
- Manage plan administration including lists and plan codes
- Monitor project timelines in coordination with project management and maintain LP5 schedules
- Contribute to the continuous development of digital processes
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in execution planning
- Registered architect with the German Architektenkammer
- Ideally experience as a planning or project lead
- Professional proficiency with Revit
- Demonstrated experience coordinating internal and external specialist disciplines
- Excellent German and English language skills, written and verbal
