Senior Architekt:in (m/w/d) – Schwerpunkt Entwurf: Angebotsplanung / Machbarkeitsstudien

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology-driven construction client based in Berlin. In this Senior Architect role focused on proposal planning and feasibility studies, you will play a central part in early project phases, developing architecturally sophisticated and economically viable concepts for multi-story residential projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing feasibility studies and design concepts in project phases 1-2, considering technical, economic, and design aspects
• Analyzing building regulations, zoning plans, and permit requirements to derive optimal project solutions
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, standards, and client-specific specifications
• Collaborating closely with sales and development teams to present designs to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Advising acquisition and business development teams on architectural matters
• Championing digital innovation in design processes, particularly advancing BIM workflows in early project phases and utilizing integrated planning tools
• Creating graphic and content presentations using Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
• Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams and supporting alignment of project goals and timelines
• Mentoring junior colleagues on design and presentation topics

What We're Looking For

• Completed architecture degree with registration in the German Architects' Chamber
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in design and feasibility studies within residential construction, modular building, or timber construction
• Expert proficiency in Revit, including development of templates, families, and process-optimizing standards (AutoCAD experience is a plus)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in German (negotiation-level) and English (fluent)
• Strong design competence with a refined sense for architectural quality and functional residential concepts
• Professional experience working with clients and external partners
• Solid knowledge of German public building law (Austrian building law knowledge is advantageous)
• Independent, structured, and responsible work approach with enthusiasm for teamwork and digital innovation
