Stage Communication – Stratégie & création de contenus (Adopt AI)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential events and innovation firm organizing a major international AI summit in Paris. We're seeking a Communications Intern with a strong focus on digital content creation to support the communications team from September 2026 for a 6-month, full-time internship.

Under the supervision of the event communications manager, you will contribute to a wide range of activities:

Content Creation

• Design graphics and visual assets using Canva
• Produce short-form video content for social media (reels, stories, teasers)
• Write social media posts for speakers, partners, and various industry verticals (finance, healthcare, sports, technology)

Email Marketing & Distribution

• Draft and send targeted marketing emails
• Distribute content across diverse ecosystems including corporations, institutions, startups, and AI communities

Community Management

• Schedule and moderate publications across multiple LinkedIn accounts
• Monitor trends and engage with online communities

Partnership Support

• Track and coordinate partner deliverables and commitments
• Maintain communication with partners across different sectors

Post-Event Activities

• Organize and select event photography
• Write thank-you posts and recognition content
• Review and publish session replays
• Assist with post-event debriefs and feedback sessions

You will be encouraged to bring ideas and propose initiatives, with final decisions resting with the communications manager.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in communications, marketing, or related field
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and event management

Skills & Attributes

• Excellent French writing skills with perfect grammar and spelling
• Bilingual French-English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and editorial consistency
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management abilities
• Autonomous, curious, and proactive with a solutions-oriented mindset

Technical Requirements

• Canva proficiency (required)
• Video editing tools experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Pardot or similar tools

Pay

Compensation will be provided according to French internship conventions and your academic profile. The position is based in the 9th arrondissement of Paris with partial remote work available.
