Responsibilities
- Schwerpunktmäßige Unterstützung bei Wahlkampfaktivitäten in NRW, Schleswig-Holstein und dem Saarland
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Führungsebene unseres Mandanten
- Mitwirkung bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Terminen und Veranstaltungen
- Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit internen und externen Ansprechpartner*innen
- Unterstützung bei allgemeinen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben im Büroalltag
- Terminkoordinierung und -vorbereitung
What we're looking for
- Aktuelle Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule sowie ein vorgeschriebenes Pflichtpraktikum im Rahmen des Studiums (dies ist zwingend erforderlich)
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Hohe Motivation, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Belastbarkeit und Fähigkeit, auch in arbeitsintensiven Phasen den Überblick zu behalten
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im politischen Betrieb und ein gutes politisches Gespür
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Planung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen
- Verfügbarkeit für Vollzeit (39 Wochenstunden) während des gesamten Praktikumszeitraums
