Commercial Terrain – Indépendant (Freelance)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking an independent field sales professional in the Le Mans area. In this freelance role, you will:

• Prospect cafés, restaurants, retail shops, salons, and local businesses throughout your assigned territory
• Identify merchant needs and present tailored payment solutions with product demonstrations
• Support merchants through activation and grow your portfolio of active accounts
• Generate your own leads through cold outreach—no pre-qualified pipeline is provided

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates with:

• At least one year of cold prospecting experience (field or telephone) within the past six years
• Comfort with proactive B2B sales approaches to professional clients
• Autonomous, persistent, reliable, and results-driven work style
• Availability of at least three days per week
• Valid SIRET number at start of engagement

This is a commission-only freelance position with no base salary or cap. Compensation includes immediate commissions on equipment and software sales, plus recurring revenue share on merchant payment activity for up to 24 months. Travel and associated expenses are at your own cost; no company vehicle is provided.
