This role is open to candidates based in Northern America, LATAM, Europe, and APAC regions.

Responsibilities

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will:

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions from the ground up
• Apply artificial intelligence to practical technology challenges in a production environment
• Architect and maintain systems leveraging large language models and related technologies
• Work with vector databases and modern AI frameworks to deliver scalable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a startup-paced environment
• Contribute to technical decision-making and system architecture discussions

What We're Looking For

Required Technical Experience:

• 3+ years of commercial experience applying AI to production technology solutions
• Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory)
• 2+ years hands-on experience with LangChain
• 2+ years working with large language models (LLMs) or vLLMs
• 2+ years experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or OpenAI implementations
• Proven experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate
• Demonstrated ability to create projects from scratch with deep understanding of application architecture

• Advanced English communication skills—you must be able to discuss business requirements, justify technical decisions, and communicate challenges clearly
• Strong self-management abilities to work effectively in a fully remote setting
• Reliability and professional accountability
• Flexibility to onboard quickly and deliver results promptly
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision

Nice to Have:

• Experience with additional programming languages commonly used in AI development
