HealthTech UI/UX & Brand Designer (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthtech organization in their search for a UI/UX & Brand Designer to join a newly launched initiative. This is a 100% remote position open to candidates based in Europe or the Americas.

Our client is building cutting-edge healthtech solutions from the ground up, backed by experienced technology entrepreneurs. This role offers the opportunity to work on 0-to-1 product development with maximum creative ownership and minimal bureaucracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead design execution for core product initiatives from concept to launch
• Translate strategic vision into concrete design systems and user experiences
• Build scalable design frameworks that support rapid iteration and growth
• Own the end-to-end design process from prototyping through production
• Collaborate directly with engineers, researchers, and commercial teams
• Drive visual and brand identity that positions products for market validation

What We're Looking For

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or willing to work remotely in compatible time zones)
• High-agency builder mindset with proven UI/UX and brand design expertise
• Experience designing 0-to-1 products, preferably in healthtech or similar regulated industries
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of design systems and brand development
• Strong ability to move quickly from concept to execution without extensive approval layers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Comfortable working autonomously with direct reporting to founders
