Responsibilities

We are representing a global media and advertising organization seeking an International Media Consultant Intern for their Paris office. In this role, you will support international coordination for a prestigious luxury brand client across 35+ global markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and distributing newsletters to clients and 600+ internal team members across 35+ countries
• Organizing client conferences and preparing presentation materials for global meetings
• Gathering and analyzing key metrics, including media budget tracking with partners and airport traffic reports
• Collecting monthly competitive data from different countries, recording information, and following up with markets to ensure accuracy and integration into tracking tools
• Updating organizational charts (tracking arrivals and departures) and assisting with onboarding new team members

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bac +4/+5 in communications or marketing, seeking a minimum 5-month internship
• Passion for media, advertising, and new technologies
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• English proficiency at C1 to C2 level
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
