Head of Product Marketing (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential Enterprise Performance Management software organization in their search for a Head of Product Marketing. Our client develops planning and analytics solutions that serve finance teams and business leaders across mid-market and enterprise segments. This is a strategic role based in Germany, reporting into senior leadership and driving go-to-market execution across product launches, positioning, sales enablement, and analyst relations.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-channel launch plans for new product offerings, ensuring internal readiness and market activation
• Lead company and product positioning development informed by market research and industry analysis
• Build content libraries that support the customer buying journey and improve sales-stage conversion
• Partner with R&D, Product Management, and Sales Engineering to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions
• Create sales collateral that enables global teams to communicate product value consistently
• Coordinate and present product webinars with internal and external subject-matter experts
• Manage analyst and influencer engagement, including relationships with firms such as Gartner and BARC
• Collaborate with C-level executives and cross-functional teams to educate industry analysts and influencers
• Drive cross-team alignment and execute multiple initiatives in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS environments serving mid-market and enterprise customers
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), finance organizations, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes
• Proven track record of owning and delivering at least three product or service launches from concept through execution
• Hands-on experience in technology product marketing, analyst relations, or public relations
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer value statements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences; fluency in English required
• Self-starter with strong ownership mentality and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to embrace AI and modern productivity tools
