Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for an Enterprise Account Executive. This is a talent community listing—there is no open role at this moment, but our client wants to connect with exceptional enterprise sales professionals for future opportunities.

When a position opens, you will be responsible for:

• Owning your territory and driving new logo acquisition with significant Annual Recurring Revenue above quota
• Architecting and leading sophisticated outbound campaigns, collaborating with SDRs, partnerships, and marketing teams to build pipeline and penetrate target accounts
• Navigating multi-stakeholder buying centers, engaging VPs and C-level executives across HR, Communications, and IT to align digital transformation strategies
• Becoming an expert in digital employee experience and internal communication trends, using data and insights to build compelling business cases
• Working cross-functionally with solution engineers, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless discovery, solution scoping, and contract closure
• Contributing insights to shape go-to-market strategy and representing the organization with professionalism

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of proven enterprise SaaS sales success with a track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets, ideally selling sophisticated B2B software in HR Tech, MarTech, collaboration, or cloud solutions
• Demonstrated experience managing complex buying committees spanning Communications, HR, IT, and Finance leaders
• Deep understanding and proven application of strategic selling methodologies such as MEDDICC or MEDDPICC to control and accelerate sales cycles
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with high emotional intelligence and adaptability
• Fluent German and English at C2 level, able to conduct executive-level business conversations in both languages
• Fluency in a third language such as French, Spanish, or Italian is a strong plus
• A curious, performance-oriented hunter mentality paired with exceptional communication skills and a drive to constantly innovate

This role can be based at offices in Cologne, Berlin, Munich, Dresden, or Chemnitz, or remotely from anywhere within Germany.
