About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential media organization seeking a Sales Service Representative to support broadcast and digital advertising operations. This fully remote role serves as a critical bridge between sales teams, clients, and internal departments to ensure seamless campaign execution and revenue delivery.

You'll manage the complete lifecycle of advertising orders—from entry through post-flight reconciliation—while providing exceptional service to both internal stakeholders and external agency partners across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Execute broadcast and digital order entry with accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform ongoing order maintenance throughout campaign flight dates
• Generate and distribute preempt reports to account management teams
• Communicate and confirm all order changes or makegoods with buying agencies
• Verify coding accuracy on time-period and high-profile event placements
• Distribute pre-flight and post-flight logs to clients as requested
• Assist traffic departments with locating campaign instructions and materials
• Support creation and management of advertiser and agency codes
• Handle post-flight invoice maintenance, including adjustments and edits
• Coordinate with agencies and account managers to resolve billing discrepancies
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, programming, and finance departments

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 1 year of experience in sales support or sales operations
• Working knowledge of broadcast traffic and sales order systems
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Knowledge of Wide Orbit Traffic, Wide Orbit Sales, and WO Connect strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High-level organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented approach with positive attitude
• Strategic, business-oriented mindset for creative problem-solving
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $50,000–$57,000 annually. Our client offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, and tuition reimbursement.
