Senior Growth Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive measurable pipeline growth through strategic funnel management.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and own the lead generation and CRM strategy for your business area, fully integrated with the broader marketing approach
• Build and continuously maintain the CRM system, ensuring data quality and automation workflows
• Prepare sales messaging from a marketing perspective, including email sequences, assets, and value propositions
• Create funnel-specific content tailored to each stage of the customer journey
• Manage outbound campaigns through email outreach platforms and inbound lead nurturing streams, including webinar-generated leads
• Execute customer marketing initiatives, upsell programs, and partner relationship management
• Oversee CRM and outbound tooling, manage budgets, and report on clear KPIs including pipeline, MQL, SQL, and upsell rates

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Growth Marketing Manager, CRM Manager, or similar role in a company or digital agency environment
• Strong knowledge of CRM strategy, marketing automation, and data-driven funnel management from lead to existing customer
• Comfort working with complex sales processes and collaborating closely with sales teams
• Quick content comprehension and creative writing ability to develop B2B messages that resonate
• Professional presence with consultative, solution-oriented approach when working with sales teams and partners
• Generalist marketing knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM and outreach platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
• Structured working style with constant focus on KPIs like pipeline, MQL, and SQL, making data-based decisions
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and very good English proficiency
