Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their international team. In this role, you will:

  • Influence product direction and shape strategy based on research insights and data analysis
  • Identify customer needs and problems worth solving through discovery work
  • Break down complex problems into elegant solutions and drive them from concept through completion
  • Pragmatically scope your work, balancing quick prototypes with deeper architectural thinking where needed
  • Partner closely with Product Managers on discovery efforts and measure your impact on product success
  • Create unified, end-to-end experiences through collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Analysts
  • Test designs regularly through customer interviews and usability testing
  • Champion user experience across the organization using clear, evidence-based rationale
  • Elevate design quality standards and collaborate with the growing internal Product Design practice

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience designing digital products, including information architecture, visual design, and interaction design, ideally in an e-commerce environment
  • Proven track record working in interdisciplinary teams as a collaborative team player
  • Ability to effectively leverage AI and no-code tools to streamline design processes and maximize productivity
  • Strong prototyping skills with experience iterating quickly using qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Familiarity with product discovery techniques such as usability labs and A/B testing
  • Holistic thinking about product strategy and vision
  • Skill in aligning user needs with strategic business goals to drive product success
  • Excellence using data-driven KPIs and strategic OKRs to maximize product value and impact
  • Fluency in English (C1 level) and comfort working in a dynamic, international environment
  • Portfolio demonstrating your design work (please include link in your application)
