About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial technology client that has pioneered a new category of trading markets in the United States. Our client is experiencing rapid growth and seeks an entrepreneurial individual to own their AI vertical from end to end.

This is a unique opportunity to build and scale an entire category within a fast-moving startup. You'll have founder-level autonomy to grow AI-related markets through creative community engagement, organic growth tactics, and paid channels. If you're obsessed with AI developments and want ownership of something meaningful, this role offers that rare combination.

Location: USA (remote considered)

Responsibilities

• Own the AI vertical holistically—markets, liquidity, organic growth, paid acquisition, and community building
• Identify and launch markets around AI events: model releases, benchmark achievements, research breakthroughs, and industry milestones
• Drive organic growth by engaging AI communities on X (Twitter), Reddit (r/singularity, r/LocalLLaMA), and other platforms where AI enthusiasts congregate
• Develop creative assets for paid social campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, X, and Reddit
• Build an affiliate network of AI-focused YouTubers, newsletter writers, and X accounts to expand reach
• Move quickly, test ideas, iterate, and scale what works

What We're Looking For

• Deep, genuine obsession with AI—you follow model releases, engage in AI discourse, and understand what the community cares about
• Relentless execution mindset: you figure things out, take ownership, and don't wait for permission
• Experience in growth marketing, community building, or product marketing (fintech or consumer tech preferred)
• Creative thinker who can develop compelling content and campaigns that resonate with technical audiences
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment where you'll be measured on results
• Strong understanding of social platforms and how to authentically engage niche communities
• Entrepreneurial energy—you're willing to do whatever it takes to make this vertical succeed

Pay
