About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential creative services organization seeking an AI Creative (Illustrator) to join their remote team in LATAM. Our client works with leading global brands and is looking for an illustrator who combines exceptional craft with AI-enhanced workflows to produce compelling visual content across campaigns, branding, editorial, and digital experiences.

This is a fully remote position where you'll use your core illustration expertise alongside generative AI tools to create original work, develop visual storytelling systems, and maintain brand consistency across diverse projects.

Responsibilities

• Create original illustrations for branding, campaigns, editorial content, social media, and digital experiences
• Develop character-driven narratives, visual storytelling systems, and concept-led illustration work
• Work within existing brand and illustration systems, matching established styles with consistency and accuracy
• Use generative AI tools to accelerate concept development, visual exploration, and illustration production
• Integrate AI-generated assets into projects while maintaining strong artistic direction and brand integrity
• Experiment with emerging AI workflows and share learnings with the creative team
• Collaborate with creatives, project managers, and stakeholders to translate briefs into polished visual outcomes
• Connect illustration decisions to broader brand, campaign, and storytelling goals
• Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining high craft standards
• Manage multiple projects while balancing independent ownership and cross-functional collaboration

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional illustration experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual and narrative work
• Excellent drawing fundamentals: anatomy, composition, perspective, form, and visual storytelling
• Proven ability to work within established brand systems and illustration guidelines
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related illustration tools
• Experience using generative AI tools as part of a professional creative workflow
• Ability to create consistent illustration systems, character libraries, and scalable visual assets
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate across distributed teams
• Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback, iteration, and experimentation
• Curiosity for emerging technologies and how they enhance illustration workflows
