About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential fintech organization in Paris that is transforming how enterprise finance teams operate. We're seeking a Customer Success Manager who will own strategic relationships with large-scale clients and drive measurable business outcomes.
This is a high-impact role for someone who combines relationship mastery with commercial thinking. You'll partner with senior finance leaders to ensure platform adoption, unlock value, and identify expansion opportunities—all while maintaining the highest standards of execution.
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to develop and execute success plans aligned with their business objectives
- Drive full platform adoption across Finance, Treasury, and Procurement teams
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders from operational users to C-level executives
- Monitor account health metrics and proactively address risks
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on evolving customer needs
- Collaborate with Sales on account expansion strategies and renewal execution
- Serve as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering teams
- Deliver measurable outcomes that demonstrate clear business impact
- Maintain operational excellence through structured documentation and forecasting
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within B2B SaaS or fintech
- Proven track record managing enterprise SaaS accounts and driving adoption and expansion
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with executives and operational teams alike
- Strong analytical mindset—comfortable interpreting usage data and designing retention playbooks
- Experience building account success plans tied to measurable KPIs
- Commercially savvy with ability to articulate ROI and identify business value
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and customer outcomes
- Ownership mentality—you act on insight without waiting for direction
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
- Passion for finance technology and enterprise automation
