Integrity Operations Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading social technology company in their search for an Integrity Operations Specialist to join their Trust Operations team in London. This role sits at the heart of community safety, working to protect users through thoughtful investigation and trauma-informed support during sensitive situations.

In this position, you'll investigate safety concerns, review content against established community standards, and provide compassionate support to members who have experienced safety incidents. You'll work across complex and sensitive issues using established policies, operational guidance, sound judgment, and AI-supported tools to reach fair outcomes.

Please note: This position involves regular exposure to sensitive and graphic content, including vulgar, violent, and sexual material. Candidates should be prepared to work with potentially distressing content relating to child exploitation, sexual or physical violence, and self-harm.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and take action on member reports and proactive detections involving safety concerns, including harassment, threats, non-consensual imagery, and other potential community guideline violations
• Provide thoughtful, trauma-informed support to members who have experienced safety incidents, demonstrating care while following established safety processes
• Review accounts and content flagged for potential safety violations, applying policies consistently while using sound judgment to determine appropriate next steps
• Manage sensitive and time-critical cases with attention to detail, taking ownership from initial review through to resolution
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety, Customer Experience, Legal, and other partners to escalate and resolve cases requiring additional expertise
• Identify recurring issues, patterns, and opportunities to improve workflows, sharing insights that strengthen operational consistency and member safety
• Use AI-supported tools and internal systems to improve efficiency, reviewing outputs critically for accuracy, bias, privacy, and fairness before taking action
• Participate in on-call rotations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support a global community

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, customer support, crisis response, content moderation, or similar environments handling sensitive or safety-related issues (we welcome candidates with alternative backgrounds demonstrating equivalent skills)
• Comfort reviewing potentially distressing content while approaching this work with care and professionalism
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly when supporting vulnerable individuals or navigating sensitive situations
• Sound judgment within established policies and processes, balancing efficiency with careful, consistent decision-making
• Collaborative approach with ability to take ownership of work and maintain an agile mindset as priorities evolve
• Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or another language in addition to English is welcomed but not required
• Comfort using AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully as part of your workflow
