Senior HR Specialist (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential professional services organization in München seeking a Senior HR Specialist to work closely with the Head of HR on operational and strategic people initiatives.

In this role, you will:

• Support employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding
• Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, references, and other personnel documentation
• Coordinate the interface with payroll processing teams
• Provide guidance to managers on employment law, organizational, and personnel-related questions
• Organize and enhance training, feedback, and performance review processes
• Lead HR projects in areas such as employee benefits, talent development, employer branding, or process optimization
• Manage HR systems including Personio and elearnio, developing digital and automated workflows

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone with:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Law, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in a generalist HR role with solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes
• Strong foundation in German employment law
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Professional presence with the ability to take clear positions and develop HR as an internal service partner
• Digital affinity with desire to improve, standardize, and automate HR processes
• Experience with Personio, elearnio, or DATEV is a plus
• Background in professional services, consulting, or growing mid-sized organizations is beneficial but not required
