Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential hospitality client with multiple locations across Nordrhein-Westfalen, including Wuppertal, Köln, and Aachen. As a Pizzaiolo, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing traditional Neapolitan pizza dough according to established recipes and techniques
• Creating pizzas, appetizers, and desserts to the highest quality standards
• Maintaining quality and efficiency throughout your shift
• Working collaboratively within a motivated kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Operating high-temperature pizza ovens safely and efficiently

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a skilled pizza maker with:

• Proven experience as a pizzaiolo or pizza chef
• Strong customer service orientation and hospitality mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Passion for traditional Neapolitan pizza craftsmanship
• Team spirit and positive, friendly demeanor
• Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic kitchen setting
• Language skills in Italian and English (German is advantageous)
• Enthusiasm for authentic culinary traditions and artisan techniques
