Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential hospitality client in eastern Germany seeking an experienced Pizzaiolo / Pizza Chef. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and baking authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients
• Managing dough preparation according to established recipes, including long fermentation processes
• Preparing appetizers and desserts to complement the pizza menu
• Maintaining quality standards and operational efficiency throughout your shift
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a pizzaiolo or pizza chef, ideally with Neapolitan-style pizza
• Strong customer service orientation and genuine hospitality mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Passion for traditional Italian culinary craftsmanship
• Team player with a positive, friendly, and open personality
• Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work setting
• Language skills: Italian and English required; German is a strong advantage

Locations: Dresden, Leipzig, and other sites across Nordrhein-Westfalen and Germany
