About This Position

As an Intelligent Functions Consultant within Accenture's Consumer Goods & Services vertical, you'll work at the intersection of business strategy and technology. Your role combines deep industry insight with analytical thinking to help global CPG clients navigate market complexity, optimise operations, and execute transformational change. You'll be part of a collaborative team delivering integrated solutions that address evolving business priorities across supply chain, procurement, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client leadership teams to understand business objectives and identify strategic opportunities
• Develop and recommend comprehensive strategies tailored to Consumer Goods & Services industry challenges
• Manage large-scale change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption across client organisations
• Design and integrate technology and process solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes
• Lead stakeholder workshops and guide clients through transformation roadmaps
• Conduct business analysis and create actionable recommendations for operational improvement

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, management, or related field
• Proven experience in business consulting, management consulting, or strategic advisory roles
• Strong understanding of Consumer Goods & Services industry dynamics and business models
• Demonstrated expertise in change management and digital transformation initiatives
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and frameworks
