Customer Marketing Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS client in their search for a Customer Marketing Manager based in Paris. This is an individual contributor role at the heart of a fast-moving marketing team, focused on turning real customer outcomes into compelling case studies, testimonials, and proof points that celebrate client success.

You'll work as a storyteller and relationship-builder, partnering with customers and internal teams to create high-fidelity content that showcases measurable impact across sales and marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and internal teams to identify, create, and share case studies, testimonials, and video stories that highlight customer success
• Nurture relationships with strategically important customers, building trust and alignment to earn the opportunity to tell their stories publicly
• Identify and invite customer speakers for events and webinars, matching the right customer voice to the right stage
• Connect customers with opportunities for PR, social amplification, analyst surveys, and peer review platforms
• Maintain organized records of customer engagement to ensure relationships are handled thoughtfully and customers aren't over-approached
• Support customer marketing metrics and reporting, translating story output into clear reads on reach and impact
• Ensure customers who share their stories are properly thanked and celebrated through brand visibility, exclusive invitations, and public recognition
• Drive the sales reference process, fulfilling requests thoughtfully and ensuring every customer interaction is matched to the right opportunity
• Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Community, Corporate Communications, PR, Analyst Relations, and Product teams

What We're Looking For

• Experience in customer marketing, case studies, or advocacy content within B2B tech, or comparable storytelling experience in PR, communications, or content marketing
• Track record of turning genuine relationships into public celebrations of customer success
• Exceptional relationship skills with the ability to connect comfortably with stakeholders at all levels, from end users to C-suite
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with judgment to navigate conversations at any organizational level
• Comfort with AI-assisted tools and platforms for scaling workflow (e.g., Claude, Notion, CRM systems)
• Patient and strategic approach to nurturing meaningful customer relationships over time
• Strong storytelling instincts with a point of view on what makes a story resonate
• Team-oriented mindset with energy for fast-moving environments and commitment to building trust in every customer interaction
