Wir vertreten einen etablierten Bäckereibetrieb im Raum Berlin, der seit Jahrzehnten für frische Backwaren und Kaffeespezialitäten bekannt ist. Unser Mandant betreibt rund 40 Fachgeschäfte und Cafés und sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Verkäufer – Trainer (m/w/d), der flexibel an verschiedenen Standorten im Verkaufsteam einsetzbar ist.
Diese Rolle kombiniert aktiven Verkauf mit der Schulung und Betreuung neuer Mitarbeiter:innen. Sie sind Verkaufsprofi, Coach und Motivator zugleich.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Unterstützung und Einarbeitung neuer Kolleg:innen im Verkauf
- Vermittlung von Fachwissen, Verkaufstechniken und Produktkenntnissen
- Schulung in Arbeitsabläufen, Servicestandards und Hygienevorschriften
- Kontrolle und Umsetzung der Unternehmensstandards, einschließlich HACCP-Konzept
- Übernahme von Mitarbeiterverantwortung als Ansprechpartner vor Ort
- Sicherstellung einer freundlichen, kundenorientierten Arbeitsweise im Team
- Flexibler Einsatz an verschiedenen Fachgeschäften und Café-Standorten

- Erfahrung im Backwarenverkauf oder vergleichbaren Einzelhandelsbereich
- Freude daran, andere zu schulen, zu motivieren und als Trainer zu begeistern
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, insbesondere bei Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Deutschkenntnisse auf sehr gutem Niveau
- Bereitschaft zur flexiblen Einsatzplanung an verschiedenen Standorten im Raum Berlin
