(Junior-) Digital Campaign Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential HR technology and recruitment marketing firm based in Cottbus, Brandenburg, Germany. We're seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Digital Campaign Manager to join their growing team and help shape the success of enterprise and mid-market client campaigns.

This role offers a dynamic blend of account management, performance marketing, and HR technology implementation. You'll work directly with notable clients, managing recruitment budgets and executing multi-platform employer branding campaigns in a collaborative, startup-style environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts focused on employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Oversee and allocate recruitment advertising budgets for mid-market and enterprise organizations
• Consult on and execute digital advertising campaigns for job postings across multiple platforms
• Provide technical consultation and implementation support for applicant tracking system (ATS) integrations via API
• Support application process workflows and advise clients on process optimization strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize client outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training with initial professional experience in HR, marketing, business administration, communications, media, or related field; OR
• University degree in business administration, business psychology, media and communication management, or similar discipline (preferred)
• Strong initiative for continuous personal development (courses, part-time studies, certifications)
• Enthusiasm for contributing to organizational success in a startup-like atmosphere
• Long-term thinking and motivation to build something meaningful
• Self-organization skills, software aptitude, team collaboration abilities, and strong communication skills
• German language proficiency required for client-facing work
