Partner Sales Manager (w/m/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential renewable energy organization expanding its partner sales network in the Konstanz region. This Partner Sales Manager role focuses on onboarding, training, and supporting independent sales partners who bring clean energy solutions to residential customers across Germany.

As the primary relationship manager for regional sales partners, you'll coach their teams, lead training sessions, organize sales events, and occasionally join customer appointments to close deals. You'll work directly with local leadership to build long-term partnerships that drive adoption of solar and energy storage systems.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new sales partners and their representatives from initial contact through first successful contract closures
• Provide ongoing support to existing partners through technical guidance and sales coaching
• Conduct regular training sessions for partners and their sales teams on product knowledge and selling techniques
• Plan, organize, and execute sales events focused on photovoltaic and renewable energy topics
• Accompany partners to on-site customer appointments when needed to advance the sales process
• Actively support contract closing processes and contribute directly to revenue goals
• Maintain professional relationship management with local partner leadership and represent the organization in all interactions

What We're Looking For

• Several years of sales experience; willingness to learn PV sales if new to the sector
• Background in large financial sales organizations is a plus
• Strong self-motivation and resilience in challenging situations
• Passionate coaching mindset with genuine interest in developing people
• Results-oriented approach with attention to detail and strong drive to succeed
• Comfortable with frequent travel and face-to-face partner/customer interactions
• Fluent German (written and spoken); additional languages such as Turkish, Russian, Polish, or Romanian are advantageous
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Konstanz area
