Senior Product Marketing Manager – Remote, UK

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential cybersecurity organisation in their search for a Senior Product Marketing Manager based remotely in the United Kingdom. This is a unique opportunity to shape product messaging and sales enablement for a rapidly scaling platform that addresses cyber resilience and AI security challenges.

You'll report to the Director of Product Marketing and own a balanced portfolio of core product marketing and sales enablement responsibilities. Your primary focus will be getting sales teams fluent and confident in technical messaging quickly, ensuring they can tell a consistent, compelling story from day one.

Responsibilities

• Own messaging training and ramp programmes that accelerate sales team fluency and confidence, including onboarding fundamentals, live training sessions, and ongoing certification as messaging evolves
• Develop positioning and messaging across multiple solution areas, grounded in customer, market, and competitive insight
• Build sales-ready collateral including battlecards, one-pagers, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides that representatives actively use
• Partner closely with Product Management to deeply understand roadmap and competitive differentiation, translating it into consumable, jargon-free content
• Support product launches end-to-end, ensuring sales is trained and equipped before launch day
• Gather direct feedback from sales on messaging effectiveness and continuously sharpen training and content based on insights
• Track adoption and effectiveness of enablement programmes, reporting on measurable outcomes

What We're Looking For

• 5-8 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a closely related field, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Proven experience building and delivering training or ramp programmes for sales teams, not just producing content
• Track record of translating technical product capability into straightforward, jargon-free messaging
• Comfort working autonomously across multiple solution areas simultaneously, with strong prioritisation skills
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with Product, Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams across UK and US time zones
• Sharp writing and presentation skills with ability to make complex concepts simple and engaging
• Understanding of cybersecurity, application security, or enterprise risk is beneficial but not essential
• Experience with enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, or Showpad is a plus
