About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential global media agency seeking a Campaign Manager to join their influencer and social marketing team in London. Our client is a recognized leader in creator-led content, delivering award-winning campaigns across more than 70 countries. This is an opportunity to manage end-to-end influencer marketing programmes for major global brands, from tactical activations to long-term partnerships designed to drive measurable impact across the full marketing funnel.
Responsibilities
- Develop influencer marketing strategies and campaign plans tailored to client objectives
- Identify and select suitable influencers, considering brand alignment and audience reach
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse network of influencers
- Negotiate and secure influencer partnerships, including compensation, deliverables, and contractual agreements
- Provide influencers with clear guidelines and creative briefs for campaign content
- Review and approve influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Coordinate content approvals with clients and ensure all necessary revisions are made
- Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all campaign milestones are met
- Oversee budgets and expenditures for each campaign to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience planning and executing influencer campaigns
- Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritizing an ever-changing workload
- Competent writing and communication skills
- Able to work effectively and calmly under pressure
- Understanding of influencer marketing and social metrics (impressions, reach, engagements)
- Right to work in the UK is required
Our client operates a hybrid work model with teams in the office approximately four days per week.
