Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential occupational health and safety services organization in the Frankfurt am Main area. In this role, you will provide comprehensive safety consulting and support to client companies across various industries:

• Conduct independent safety-technical consulting and support for assigned clients according to German Occupational Safety Act (ASiG) and DGUV Regulation 2
• Perform workplace inspections and support the creation and updating of risk assessments (Gefährdungsbeurteilungen)
• Advise on fire protection, first aid, and operational safety instructions while developing practical solutions
• Serve as the primary contact for management, employees, and stakeholders on all occupational safety matters
• Plan and deliver seminars, training sessions, and safety briefings on workplace health and safety topics
• Analyze workplace accidents and develop sustainable accident prevention measures
• Develop individualized, practice-oriented safety concepts tailored to client requirements
• Manage structured and reliable client relationships with responsibility for coordination of projects, appointments, and agreed-upon measures
• Document consultation results and track implementation of safety measures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues in occupational medicine, health management, and psychology

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Completed qualification as Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (occupational safety specialist)
• Solid expertise in occupational health and safety, including safety-technical consulting per ASiG and DGUV Regulation 2
• Independent, structured, and precise working style with strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking (minimum B2 level)
• Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel regionally for client visits
• Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications

Preferred experience:

• Practical experience providing safety consulting to clients across different industries and company sizes
• Knowledge of risk assessment, fire protection, first aid, or operational safety instructions
• Experience delivering seminars, training sessions, or safety briefings
• Track record of independently organizing and coordinating occupational safety measures
