Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential occupational health and safety consultancy serving clients across the Rodgau, Hanau, Fulda, and Frankfurt am Main region. As a workplace safety specialist (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit), you will provide comprehensive safety consulting and support to multiple client organizations across various industries.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Conducting independent safety consulting and compliance support according to German Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz (ASiG) and DGUV Vorschrift 2 regulations
• Performing workplace inspections and supporting the creation and updating of risk assessments (Gefährdungsbeurteilungen)
• Advising clients on fire protection, first aid, operating instructions, and developing practical safety solutions
• Planning and delivering seminars, training sessions, and safety briefings on occupational health and safety topics
• Analyzing workplace accidents and deriving sustainable accident prevention measures
• Developing customized, practice-oriented safety concepts tailored to individual client requirements
• Managing client relationships through structured, reliable, and collaborative support
• Coordinating projects, appointments, and agreed-upon safety measures independently
• Documenting consultation results and tracking implementation of workplace safety measures
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues from occupational medicine, health management, and psychology

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Completed qualification as Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (certified workplace safety specialist)
• Solid expertise in occupational health and safety, including technical support of companies according to ASiG and DGUV Vorschrift 2
• Independent, structured, and precise working style with strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills
• Excellent German language skills in written and spoken communication (minimum B2 level)
• Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to conduct regional field visits
• Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications

Preferred experience:

• Practical experience providing safety consulting to clients across different industries and company sizes
• Knowledge in risk assessment, fire protection, first aid, or operating instructions
• Experience conducting seminars, training sessions, or safety briefings
• Experience independently organizing and coordinating workplace safety measures
• Interest in continuous development of consulting and prevention measures
