Strategy – Future Leaders Graduate Program

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization in their search for a graduate-level strategist to join their consumer-focused team in Düsseldorf. This is a structured 1-year development program with immediate hands-on responsibility—no rotations, just direct impact from day one.

In this role, you will:

• Drive cross-functional collaboration: Work alongside category managers, designers, copywriters, and technology teams to create seamless customer experiences within digital platforms
• Analyze customer behavior: Transform data into actionable insights that improve app features, refine pricing strategies, and develop compelling promotional campaigns
• Innovate continuously: Identify emerging trends and customer needs early, ensuring the product assortment evolves to meet market demands
• Optimize commercial processes: Develop tools and workflows that make commercial activities more efficient, precise, and impactful
• Lead strategic projects: Manage initiatives spanning marketing, customer experience, and operational excellence—always focused on growth and customer value

You'll be part of a tight-knit graduate community while receiving targeted training in market understanding, business fundamentals, and presentation skills. This program is designed for those who want to shape their career trajectory, not just follow a prescribed path.

What We're Looking For

• Completed Master's degree in STEM fields (engineering, physics, mathematics, econometrics) or business disciplines (economics, finance, business administration)
• Strong affinity for quantitative analysis and data-driven decision making
• Prior internship or working student experience, ideally in fast-paced environments such as startups, consulting, or FMCG
• Willingness to take ownership of operational tasks and full accountability for your projects from the start
• Fluency in both German and English to thrive in an international working environment
• Availability to work onsite in Düsseldorf four to five days per week
