Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential electronics distribution company seeking a working student to support their technical operations team. You will contribute to the ongoing development of web shop, ERP, and warehouse management tools across the full stack. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building new features using modern frameworks including React/Next.js, Vue/Nuxt, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Developing and maintaining integrations between e-commerce platforms, enterprise resource planning systems, shipping providers, and supplier networks
- Analyzing existing business processes and proposing improvements through software solutions and automation
- Supporting the implementation of workflows related to warehousing, shipping, and procurement operations
- Working with AI and large language model tools for document recognition, data extraction, and workflow automation
What We're Looking For
Our client needs a computer science, software engineering, or business informatics student who combines technical skills with business process understanding:
- Currently enrolled in computer science, software engineering, business informatics, or a comparable degree program
- Initial hands-on experience with web development, ideally using React, Vue, or TypeScript
- Genuine interest in full-stack development and eagerness to expand both frontend and backend capabilities
- Basic knowledge of databases and API design is advantageous
- Curiosity about how software maps real business processes including inventory management, shipping, purchasing, and accounting
- Enthusiasm for exploring emerging technologies, particularly AI and LLM applications
- Self-directed work style combined with strong teamwork abilities
- Willingness to dive into unfamiliar topics and learn independently
