Online Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Consultant (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential performance marketing agency in Frankfurt am Main that is seeking an Online Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Consultant to join their client-facing team. This organization takes a data-driven, AI-enabled approach to building multi-channel growth strategies for brands across industries including beauty and B2B.

This is not a tactical campaign execution role. Our client is looking for what they call a "T-shaped marketer"—someone who combines strategic depth in client consulting with a broad understanding of how SEA, Paid Social, SEO, content, and conversion optimization work together to drive revenue. You'll design holistic marketing ecosystems, not isolated campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary consultant for assigned clients, developing cross-channel digital marketing strategies in collaboration with your squad
• Think beyond silos—orchestrate SEA, Paid Social, SEO, content, CRO, and web analytics into a consistent customer journey from first click to conversion
• Monitor and analyze KPIs (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, customer lifetime value) across GA4 and advertising platforms, translating data into clear recommendations
• Coordinate project delivery, working with channel specialists to ensure strategy translates into execution
• Leverage generative AI tools to optimize workflows, iterate on analyses and concepts, and accelerate decision-making
• Present complex marketing insights to clients in German and English

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in online marketing, whether agency-side or in-house, with exposure to SEA, Paid Social, SEO, or content marketing
• Genuine interest in client consulting and the ability to explain complex topics clearly in presentations
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort in metrics like ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value
• Foundational understanding of multiple marketing disciplines and how they interconnect; depth in specific channels can be developed on the job
• Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to turn data into compelling narratives
• Hypothesis-driven testing mindset and willingness to learn from outcomes
• Motivation to grow and expand your T-shaped skill set over time
